Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be 100% happy with your Toupim Own-hairband. That’s why we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied and want to return your Own-hairband, you can (without needing to explain why).

The guarantee conditions

  • The Own-hairband must not have been cut when you return it.
  • You have 7 days to report that you are going to return the Own-hairband (by registered mail).
  • With the Basic package, you get $ 1,895 back (you pay $ 500). With the Complete package, you get $ 2,295 back (you pay $ 500).

Our contact details

It would be great to talk to you. You don’t need to visit us in Amsterdam beforehand to have a own-hairband made. As we are located in Amsterdam, you can (video)call us from 8:30AM Amsterdam time. See below some examples from what time onwards you can call us during Australian Winters:

  • Perth: 2:30PM
  • Adelaide: 4PM
  • Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney: 4.30PM
